Similarly, this young boxer Daniel Dubois from England has proven to be a perfectionist. His full name is Daniel Dubois, he was born on September 6, 1997, (Age-22 Year) in Greenwich, England. As an amateur, he was a five-time national junior Titleist and holds British amateur championship. He rose to fame after winning his first fight as a heavyweight boxer by a knockout in just 40 seconds. Dubois is one of the famous and most trending sports celebrities among the boxers.

Daniel Family

Daniel was born and brought up in Greenwich, England. His entire family was involved in sport from swimming to gymnastics and at one point they were all amateur boxes. But it was Daniel’s father who decided that Daniel would be a professional boxer. His father’s name is Isaac Dubois. Daniel’s father helps Daniel to step into one of the most prestigious training centers in England. His father made sure Daniel receive proper training and learn proper techniques.

When Daniel was 5 years old his father would take him to do pushups and training almost every day. His father made him participate in a competition in the US where he set up a record for doing push-ups for 5 hours non stop. By the time Daniel was 8 years old, his father made him do 5000 pushups a day.

Daniel’s younger sister Caroline Dubois is also a boxer. she has represented Great Britain and in 2018 she became the under 60kg European junior, Youth Olympic and World Youth Champion.

Daniel’s Amateur Career

Daniel Dubois has made a lot of buzz in his teenage itself. Has fitness records for push-ups. He has won several amateur fights. Due to his dad was in he was raining heavily since early childhood.

As soon as Daniel turns 9 years old his dad took him to south London. Greenwich was a place in which Daniel’s would fall in trouble due to his fights. Daniel used to train at Peacock Gym, Canning Town, working under Tony and Martin bowers.

When Daniel was 8 years old he also participated in a javelin throw championship. Talking about his amateur career, Daniel has around 75 amateur bouts. In which he won many junior to English Schoolboy Titles, two junior ABA plus CYP’s. Moving forward he has also won the British Seniors. He was a boxer for England around a dozen times competing at youth championship twice. Yes also went on to hold medals at multinational in Finland and Germany.

With only a handful of senior-amateurs bonds, Daniel left the amateur. Daniel selected on The Great Britain Olympic team and according to plan, he was going to compete at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. But instead, he opted for a professional career and signed to the boxing promoter Frank Warren of Queensberry Promotions.

Daniel Dubois Professional Career

Daniel’s professional career has been a dream journey for him. Till date has fought 14 international flights from which he hasn’t lost any of it. Not only that but he has won 13 out of 14 matches by knocking out the opponent. These stats make him one of the greats of the current era, he is UNDEFEATED to date.

Since 2019 he has held the British, WBC Silver, and WBO International Commonwealth heavyweight titles. Daniel is known for his punching power and currently holds a 92.90% knockout to win ratio. Daniel’s first fight as a professional heavyweight was a knockout win in the first 35 seconds of the first round against Marcus Kelly in April 2017.

To win the WBC Youth World Heavyweight title, Daniel had beaten Mauricio Barragan, a late substitute in the second round. Since then Daniel’s journey has been incredible, he also won the Southern Area heavyweight title by knocking out AJ Carter in the first round.

He won his first manager the, English heavyweight title in June 2018 by beating Tom little. By beating the former WB0 World heavyweight title challenger, Daniel won the WBO European title in March 2019.

In July 2019 Daniel knocked out Nathan Gorman in the fifth round to skyrocket his record to 12 wins.
